GODSMACK Singer Says New Book Sheds Light On His Background
February 23, 2007Launch Radio Networks reports: GODSMACK singer Sully Erna published his memoir, "The Paths We Choose", earlier this week. Although the book chronicles his escapades growing up as a working class kid and trying to make it as a rock musician, the vocalist told Launch that there's more to it than that. "You could read it just as you want, and read it for the stories that they are, and just enjoy the wildness of this and that and get a good laugh out of the stupid things I did as a juvenile delinquent," he said. "But I'm hoping that it sheds some light on some people that may still be struggling with their passions or their goals, or may still live in poverty, to let them realize that there's a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, you know. It's just a son of a bitch getting there."
Erna will sign copies of the book tomorrow at Borders Books and Music, 105 Vine Street in Hollywood, California, beginning at 2:30 p.m.
More information on the book can be found at ThePathsWeChoose.com.
